The main places that you will get to see:

Day 1: North Cappadocia (L)

Pick up from airport and continue to;

Uchisar A photo stop nearby Uchisar Castle and an insightful introduction of the volcanic area. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the fairy chimneys.

Goreme Open Air Museum Home to many frescoes within its cave churches. Each one with different names and stories.

Cavusin This location used to be an old Greek village. Due to boulders falling frequently in the 1960’s, Cacusin had to be deserted. Today it’s a rocky memory preserved as a site for tourism.

Pasabag The best place in the region to see three-headed conical rock formations.

Avanos This famous town is known for its hand-made pottery and painted tiles special to Turkey. You will have a demonstration on how to make handmade pottery with old school kick-wheel techniques.

Devrent Valley Recognized also as “Pink Valley” because of its hue, is especially famous for Cappadocia’s dramatic lunar landscape. Take a photo with one of the many animal shapes naturally formed into the rocks that make up this sculpture zoo.

3 Beauties Hear the legend of these three rock formations that have conical body shapes in Urgüp. They represent a princess, her husband, and their child. The cones are their bodies and the boulder tops their heads.

End of tour, transfer to a cave hotel in Cappadocia.

Day 2: South Cappadocia (B-L)

Morning pick up from hotel for the South Cappadocia Tour.

Goreme Panorama Stop for a panoramic view of Goreme Valley.

Underground City This underground city is approximately 85m deep. It contains all the usual rooms found in an underground city (stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches, and wineries).

Red Valley This beautiful valley gets its name from the rose-colored rock. Here we will hike for 2 hours to see the beauty of the valley with several rock-cut underground dwellings and churches from the Byzantine period.

Pigeon Valley Named after the thousands of pigeon houses carved into rocks.

End of tour: transfer to bus station and head to Antalya in a comfortable overnight bus.
